Domestic Shipping Only:
* We only accept orders and deliver within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations, international P.O. boxes, or international freight forwarders at this time.
Order Processing Time
* All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
* You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped, which will include your tracking information.

Order Tracking
* Once your package ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active and show updates.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
* North river apparel is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
* If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check around your property, verify with neighbors, or contact the carrier directly before reaching out to our support.

Returns
* You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your Hoodies and T-shirts must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.
* Items that show signs of wear scent (perfume, cologne, smoke), or have cosmetic stains (such as makeup or deodorant marks) Can not be accepted for a return or exchange.
* No shipping or freight charges will be charged to the customer with return authorization.
* No return or exchange will be accepted after 14 days from the date the item is received.
* Please call or email NRA first so we can determine whether the return or exchange is allowed. If the issue is our fault, NRA will issue a return authorization and pay the return freight charges. This includes items that are damaged, defective, or sent in the wrong size or colors.
3. Refunds
* Once we receive your returned apparel, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund.
* If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
* Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
* We stand behind our quality. If you receive a Hoodie or T-shirt with a manufacturing defect or damage (such as printing or embroidery errors), please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
* We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
