Shipping & Delivery Policy Thank you for choosing North river apparel. We are dedicated to delivering our premium hoodies and T-shirts to you as quickly as possible. Please note that we currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping Destination Limitations
Domestic Shipping Only: We only accept orders and deliver within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations, international P.O. boxes, or international freight forwarders at this time.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped, which will include your tracking information.
Shipping Delivery Estimates
We are offering free Standard Shipping across the U.S. Delivers typically take 3 to 5 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your package ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active and show updates.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
North river apparel is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check around your property, verify with neighbors, or contact the carrier directly before reaching out to our support.
